These rates includes only the room and utilities (electricity, water), kitchenette use and one cleaning/maid service and one change of bed and bath linens per week. No other services are included. Minimum stay of 10 days. If the client leaves before 10 days the client must pay the full first 10 days amount to the hotel. All other hotel services requested by the client are considered an extra cost and are to be paid to the hotel on the spot and will not be reported in the TLA statement. The client is in any case responsible of the payment in full for the period stayed. Make sure with your sponsor that these rates, terms and conditions are accepted by TLA or Housing offices.
The client must leave the apartment in good conditions. Any damages are to be paid on the spot. No smoking is allowed inside the rooms or in the building. No pets are allowed. The client must leave the hotel keys/cards, other equipment, etc. at the reception upon departure.
